Hi,
I have a sheet metal structure of 1/8" thick aluminum sheet and I want to bolt another sheet metal plate 1/8" thk. sst 304 to it. Will there be a galvanic reaction here in normal factory conditions? (No wetness or rain)

Not likely.

I don't see a problem from galvanic corrosion, however you have just described a bi metalic strip. It may bend with temperature change. Regards
Pat
