I am need of a ceramic material that can be used to pot or encapsulate integrated circuits. The material will be used in a seawater environment, exposed to high pressures, and is submersed in a mineral oil reservoir. I would like the ceramic to be room temperature curing, and ideally one component. I know epoxies are the ideal choice for an application like this but a ceramic material was specified. Does a ceramic product that meets these spec's exist?

here are three suppliers of ceramics potting materials in no particular order that you should contact as your requirements are a little different than the normal applications. You might have to go with a 2 step process and that's where ZYP comes in.
